“Lors de l'arrivée, le manager m'a demandé de payer la chambre en disant que Hotels.com n'a rien débité de ma carte. J'ai exécuté en ayant confiance. J'ai reçu la chambre 33, glacée, 16.5C et j'ai demandé de brancher le chauffage (car il était éteint!) le plus vite car mon fils de 5 ans était très fatigué et il était tard (20h). Après 10 min d'attente, je suis retourné à la réception et ils m'ont vite envoyer une personne. La chambre était donc froide, sale, des insectes, une tache sur les draps……

“Having been told there was plenty of parking we arrived to find a car rally had taken virtually every space. When we enquired whether there would be spaces later on our return from going out for dinner we were told we could park on nearby streets, not very appealling with a fully packed car! In the end the rally had left by the time we got back, though why reception didn't say this heaven only knows! Otherwise a perectly functional hotel well postioned for visiting the local area.”

“After a major misunderstanding with our booking, the gentleman managed to resolve the issue with us. He was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and he kindly served us a really good breakfast, which we greatly appreciated.
