Shower room. Separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: 2 twin beds 90x200, 1 bed 160x200. Bathroom. Separate toilet. Aerothermal central heating. Basement with cellar and laundry room. Covered shelter. Enclosed sloping land of 600 m2. Terrace with marquee, sun loungers, relax, serving trolley, garden furniture with a barbecue and a board. Ball and ping-pong table. Linens included. Towels 10€/person/change. Sheets 15€/bed/change. End of stay cleaning 70€. Electric heating via heat pump: €12 per day. A cubic meter of wood: €75. Baby equipment: 1 crib, booster seat. The cottage is located in a rural hamlet on the border of the Dordogne and Lot departments, 4 km from St Aubin de Nabirat. Numerous hiking trails offer opportunities to explore the landscapes of the Périgord Noir. 100 m from the Céou, a tributary of the Dordogne, for fishing. You can also enjoy all the tourist attractions of the Dordogne Valley (Castelnaud Castle, Beynac, Les Milandes, etc.), walks in the heart of villages classified among the "most beautiful villages in France" (La Roque Gageac, Castelnaud, Limeuil, etc.), gabare and canoe trips on the Dordogne, garden visits (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac, etc.), not to mention the Bastides Route (Monpazier, Domme, etc.) and the Périgord gastronomy. If you have time left, you can discover the wonders of the Lot (Rocamadour, Padirac, etc.).
