"The property was beautiful! From the time we entered we were greeted with staff that offered assistance with our bags. We had about a two hour wait until our room was ready. I’m the meantime, my boyfriend and I decided to explore the property to see what there was to look forward to doing. We immediately dinned at the buffet and the food was immaculate every single meal time. Not too much room for improvement aside from telling guests the hours of operations of the buffet. The concierge were constantly hustling for people to book excursions which could be a little overwhelming when relaxation is the ultimate goal but hey, I get it. Overall, Markeeno as well as the other staff at the Aquarius bar, Ruchelle at the giftshop treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. For this, we will definitely return. "
