We accidentally booked the wrong day - expedia were helpful but the hotel refused to move the booking to the next day and wound not offer exchange to another ibis or even partial refund. Poor customer service and management.

Not Good enough !!!

The only reason to stay at this hotel is because it is the closest to the Rouen Parc d'exposition. We had booked six rooms for a classic car show weekend for three nights. The rooms are the smallest that it's possible to fit a double bed into, althought the aircon is good and everything is pretty new. The big let down is the breakfast service. When you are exhibiting at a show you need to get up, shower, have breakfast and go. On all three mornings the breakfast service was terrible. The staff seemed to be hiding out back and not replenishing things. When we arrived in the breakfast room, there was no coffee, no apple juice, no butter, baggettes and no bread. I had to go to the reception three times and it was still 15 minutes before the coffee machines were replenished. This simply isn't good enough and it's their loss : next year we will be needing 20 rooms and we will be staying elsewhere.

L’hôtel fait en sorte de pouvoir petit déjeuner même à 4h du matin. Par contre contrairement à mon dernier séjours, attribution d’une chambre là où il est difficilement de faire pire (bruit des groupes de chauffage en bas de ma fenêtre, début de couloir juste après l’escalier donc un passage sans arrêt, le bruit des portes et entendre les gens qui est dans le hall) Pas de brosse de toilette Un seul rouleau de papier toilette déjà entamé. Était je vraiment dans la partie Style ou Budget ??

Hôtel très agréable, idéalement situé près du Zénith. Nous venons régulièrement ici car les chambres communicantes sont très pratiques pour trois personnes ou en famille. Les chambres côte à côte sont aussi une excellente option. Propreté impeccable, literie confortable et personnel toujours accueillant. Petit-déjeuner varié et de qualité. Une adresse parfaite pour un séjour pratique et reposant à Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray.

Dans l'ensemble correct mais ressemble plus à un ibis bleu, les chambres sont petites et mal insonorisées. Si on compare à d'autres Ibis Style, je trouve le prix de la chambre trop élevé Par contre l'accueil était top, de nombreux choix de restauration autour et surtout une foret juste derrière l'hôtel qui offre des possibilités de promenade

Le prix de l'hôtel n'est pas du tout en adéquation avec la qualité.... le prix est beaucoup trop élevé .. à ce prix on trouve beaucoup mieux ! Chambre minuscules... moquette "pourrie", j'ai demandé à changer de chambre. Etat général vieillot, chambres sombres (c'est mieux pour dissimuler l'état des moquettes)... odeur de cigarette dans les couloirs....

J'ai l'habitude de séjourner dans cet hôtel une fois par an à la même période pour mon travail. Je passe une semaine dans cet établissement. J'ai quelques remarques concernant l'eau chaude et son instabilité que ce soit le matin ou le soir.... Elle passe allégrement de la température souhaitée à plus fraîche pour passer au plus chaud pour ne pas écrire brulant !!!! C'est un problème que j'avais déjà constaté les années précédentes mais qui là m'est apparu bien plus flagrant. Le room service maintenant.... Je suis arrivé le mardi soir. Je souhaitais dîner dans ma chambre après la longue route que j'avais fait. Je consulte la carte, fais mon choix et rejoins la réception pour passer commande. Là, on m'explique qu'il ne reste que les deux choix de pates car ils ont été dévalisés le weekend précédent. Nous sommes mardi, soit deux jours après le weekend et le stock n'a pas été renouvelé.... Incroyable !!!! Bref, j'émets quelque réserve pour mes prochains séjours à savoir si je renouvellerai mon choix. Pour le reste, personnel disponible et à votre écoute, petit déjeuner conforme à ce que propose tous les Ibis.
