“This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated……

No one on site to help. Have to call someone for help. Help is short lived. New code does not last long. And I am locked out again. Only stayed here 2 nights. It was 2 nights of hell. I was exhausted at the end of this. No one made any offer to make this right. The basics of paying for a room that I did not get.……
