It was not clear that the breakfast was not included. Even when the lady at the counter gave me the paper for the breakfast, she never mentioned a price.. only the 2nd day the other lady told me that it would be charged. Also, i could not get a detailed receipt from the hotel because i booked through expedia. Not very happy to not know what i paid for and how much.

The staff is multi lingual and always very accomodating and courteous, this is our second stay there and we were surprised by lack of cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was clean and the bedding was fresh but there were lots of food stains on the carpet and walls and furnishings. Otherwise safe, quiet and steps away from the metro and Montréal!

I stayed her for a weekend and it is very close to Longueuil Metro station making it very easy to get around. The staff were all very friendly and patient with my poor attempts to speak français and would offer or speak in English which was much appreciated. The young man who checked me in was a delight.

I stayed at this hotel on from 14-16 July. I have concerns with privacy in this hotel as our door was opened by house keeping when there was no sign on the door for cleaning and we hadn’t checked out yet. She didn’t even knock and it’s not like we were all quiet as we have 2 year old with us who was all over the place. We were not properly dressed and really felt embarrassed and concerned with this incident. I reported this while checking out and would never prefer to go there again. This hotel is old and just refurbished. Rooms are gloomy and there are spider webs in corners of the floors.
