The instructions emailed to us were only in Italian and involved getting through four doors. Our Italian is only rudimentary so we had to do a bit of guesswork. Also be aware your access hinges on having high-speed data plan on your phone, and our coverage was spotty at best. But Marco was helpful when contacted by text. Ultimately instructions in English would have solved most problems. The place was way beyond our expectations. It is located right in front of the Duoma and in the heart of the historic center. You can walk to beautiful restaurants, shopping centers, the port, the train station, and anything you can desire. The accommodations are clean, modern, and up to par with any boutique hotel in the area and around the world. It left nothing to be desired in regards to comfort. However, the best part of this unit is the management. Marco was welcoming, attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.
