Enjoying an idyllic spot within 450 acres of the Cornish countryside on the St. Mellion Estate, this property offers a memorable break. When you’re not making the most of the shared on-site facilities, including two championship golf courses, a state-of-the-art health club, Elemis spa, and tennis courts, there is a wealth of things to do nearby. For shopping, places to eat and family-friendly attractions, head to the port city of Plymouth, 12 miles away. Take a walk along the South West Coast Path at one of the beautiful seaside resorts within 20 miles, including Looe, Polperro and Whitsand Bay, keeping your eyes peeled for dolphins in the surf. Or enjoy thrilling days out at the National Trust’s Cotehele Mill (3.5 miles), Adrenalin Quarry (12 miles) or Buckland Abbey (16 miles).
Enter into the cottage and into a light and bright hallway with plenty of natural light. turning left and into a large contemporary and very stylish lounge/kitchen/dining room. This fabulous family space is just perfect for congregating around the central dining table whilst cooking up a treat in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. This wonderfully stylishly decorated room features some comfy seating and Smart TV so you can kick back after a day in the resort and watch all your favourite programmes whilst looking out through the patio doors and enjoying the surroundings. Back out though the main hallway is a modern shower room with WC and next door a bunk bedroom with storage space. Moving on to the master bedroom boasting a gorgeous super-king-size-zip-and-link bed (can be made up as a twin on request) dressing area, Smart TV with seating area where you can sit and enjoy a morning cuppa whilst looking out through some patio door onto the patio or just have a lazy morning in bed. Off of the master is an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.
Outside is a private patio area with garden furniture accessed through the lounge and master bedroom. There is also 450 acres of natural grounds to roam. Guests also have use of the Complementary Health Club. Private off-road parking for two cars.
