Stylish, Boutique Tropical Retreat with Saltwater Pool Samara Beach 5 mins Nestled in the neighbourhood of Barrio Los Monos, 5 minutes drive from Samara town centre, in one of only 5 Blue Zones in the world. Casa Nube is a stunning modern, multi-family home part of a finca made up of a handful of uniquely designed homes, high in the jungle tree tops. There's not a day that passes without a stunning sunset or tropical weather pattern that will take your breath away which you can appreciate from all 5 bedrooms and common areas of this magnificently designed home. Casa Nube (Cloud House) is set in 1.5 acres of private, tropical jungle where you will be sure to experience the cloud and mist formations of green season and the rainbow hued sunsets of dry season as well as all the wildlife the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica has to offer. You may spot toucans one day, macaws the next, hummingbirds, butterflies and Howler Monkey's, a preying mantis or even an Ocelot. Each day will present a unique experience you and your family will cherish forever. The space is cleverly configured so you can experience as much of the outdoors when inside as possible. On the ground floor, you enter the villa through the floor to ceiling glass doors that cover the front of the property, straight into the enormous kitchen, dining, TV and lounge area. Here there is a huge teak dining table that can easily seat 12, full open plan kitchen with gas oven and all the amenities you need to entertain family and friends. Purposely designed to be a super social space where everyone can congregate and enjoy each others company. The Principal en-suite bedroom is on the ground floor, with its own jungle terrace, as well as 2 queen bedrooms (with a full bathroom in between) off the main living space. Our splendid, bespoke made, staircase carries you up to the first floor where there are 2 additional bedrooms one with King bed and the other with twin beds. There is another full bathroom in between these bedrooms all with spectacular elevated, mountain jungle views. There is a, large, healthy saltwater pool at the front of the property with lounge area, pool toys, canopies for shade and pool lights internal and external so you can enjoy this stunning space of an evening. The private drive to Casa Nube has parking for 2-3 cars. Further parking is available on request. Barrio Los Monos Neighbourhood is a private, exclusive, community of nature loving people from all over the world. Our location is perfect for those who enjoy being close to the hustling beach town of Samara (5 mins by car) but who like to retreat from the heat, to the peace and tranquility of the jungle at home. You really have the best of both worlds as you can be at a gorgeous dinner, bar, surf lesson, a quad tour or ziplining in town in a few short minutes or you can be at home and enjoy the tranquility of the jungle surrounded by the sights and sounds of tropical nature. You really do have it all here. Pool and bathroom near the pool were useful when having kids. We liked the fact the pool was a bit far away from the house as it made it safer for kids. Our host was very responsive and her guide to Samara useful. We really enjoyed the location in the jungle and even had a visit from a colony of howler monkeys near the pool. A car is necessary to travel to and from Samara even if it is close by. The driveway can be challenging to pull into because of the loose gravel. La vue de la maison est spectaculaire. La piscine privée est parfaite pour se rafraîchir. La propriétaire, Helena, et la coordonnatrice, Maria (book with Maria) nous ont rendus ce séjour facile, chaleureux et rassurant. C’est un endroit riche en faune et en flore. Très dépaysant pour nous. On a adoré notre séjour! La pression de l’eau n’était pas parfaite, mais ca semble un enjeu de la région. Sinon tout nous a plu. C’était amplement grand pour accueillir notre groupe de 7\.
