Bath and kitchen towels , rugs needs to be upgraded The building needs a touch up -”

“When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. “The shops nearby is convenient. The problem with the kitchen is only 1 outlet is available. Had to unplug the ref to be able to use the microwave, toaster & portable stove. No bath soap was provided. The roll away bed was not comfortable to sleep on. Had to stand on the bed to adjust the fan(that is a safety issue). No kitchen utensils (knife). Smell coming out of the bathroom is a health issue. Since there was no AC it was very uncomfortable to sleep even fam was provided.”
