“The host was really welcoming when we came in, and the hotel felt really comfortable. It kind of reminded me of a nice home-like apartment, and it was really well kept. The only thing that kind of put our family off was the bathroom, It was clean, but the water in the shower had an issue of flooding out into the bathroom (the main bathroom). “Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio.”

“The location is literally only a short stroll from several of Baguio's major attractions. Nearby are several excellent restaurants, a grocery store, a spa, and a salon. I've also seen a pharmacy for last-minute needs. You can practically take a taxi from the hotel's front area to the destination of your choice, making transportation there quite simple. Everything is in your grasp. The assistant was really kind when we checked in at 2:30. With security on duty around-the-clock, this place is……

Downside: tight parking and a little confusing to find but it’s understandable because it’s Baguio, it’s kinda warm because they don’t have AC (since Baguio’s meant to be cold) but the caretaker, Gina is nice and they provided enough fans for all the rooms to keep us comfortable…. overall we enjoyed our stay! “Scam. There were no room booked. We went to Baguio last Friday with my family to celebrate my son's birthday. And surprise! walang room na nabooked. The guards at the reception area told us na marami na na scam dito sa Hotel.com. We tried to contact the number provided and customer service # na non existent. Kahit email wala sumasagot. ”

“VERY UNRELIABLE My confirmed reservation 7/9-7/11 which i made a month earlier was not accomodated and was cancelled during the time we were checking in…The property owner and his staff were not able to provide us with VALID reason what happened…VERY dissapointing and its noteworthy to mention that it was raining so hard at that time in BAGUiO and i was travelling with a senior and a baby that we had to look for another accomodatiom at that very moment…NEVER AGAIN…..”
