“Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was lovely, our cabin was perfect and we loved the food. We especially enjoyed breakfast delivered to our cabin. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied. The whole experience was peaceful and relaxing…much needed! The only complaint is that Expedia says it is 42 minutes away from Nevados de Chillan ski resort. We planned our ski trip around this information and were disappointed to learn that the drive was almost 2 hours. Driving a total of almost……

“A good cabin in the mountains with very good hiking etc nearby. It was a bit hard to find as the address in the Hotels.com is inaccurate and the sign was missing. The cabin has good space for 6 with good kitchen and living spaces. In general all looked clean but please change the bathroom and some room floormats! There was very good communication with the owner Christobal after we got there!”

“Poor communication, the property has damaged doors, broken floor tiles and filthy stained couches. No towels you have to rent them per day and nowhere did it say on the booking that you had to pay for them. It’s a real shame as it has lots of potential but poorly kept and not very well managed. With has issues with gas not working and power going out only at our property for over 6 hours. The only saving grace is that the wood heater worked really well and there was enough wood to use. ”
