Surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops and shops, next to the fishing and sports port of the city, a few meters from the beaches, and next to the promenade. REGISTRATION NUMBER: 01166 OF THE BASQUE GOVERNMENT. REGISTERED APARTMENT IN THE TOWN HALL OF SAN SEBASTIAN
Cinemas, theaters, gambling casino, next to the headquarters of the San Sebastian International Film Festival, a few meters from the bus stops that take you to all parts of the city.

In a privileged environment, surrounded by parks and next to Mount Urgull, it is a first floor without elevator.

Just below the house is a cyber cafe.

Ultra centre parmi les bars à pintxos avec les avantages et...
Appartement au 1er étage (sans ascenseur, ni clim mais tout à fait normal dans la vieille ville). Belle attention à notre arrivée, entre du vin, une bouteille de champagne et biscuits. Tout y est. Par contre attention au bruit de la rue l'été même avec les fenêtres fermées. Un parking municipal à moins d'une dizaine de minutes à pied.

Small but nice apartment
We had 3 wonderful nights in this small but nice apartment in the center of San Sebastián. You can easily reach the fantastic beach within 5 minutes walk, and all the nice restaurants in the area Apartment is clean and with two comfortable single beds and a futon for the children. There is no air conditioning, but we didn’t need, even though it was summer. The windows are well isolated and we were not disturbed by the noice from the street during the night.

We had a great stay in San Sebastián. The location of this apartment is amazing. Walk to everything. We loved watching the night life from the balcony and it is super quiet when you close the windows. Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent. The street noise was not an issue, the windows were new double pane and made their accommodation very quiet. We had four people and stayed with great comfort and it had all of the modern appliances. Thanks for the stay, again location fantastic.

Clean, comfortable and well located.
Edurne was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was clean and well situated. Because it is very central, the streets are quite loud.
