“The place was excellent. The location was great, with restaurants, shops, and the two main museums I wanted to visit in San José all within easy walking distance. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, and everyone made me feel very welcome. One thing to be aware of is that I paid for the room in cash, which I had not realized beforehand. It worked out perfectly fine, but it is helpful to know in advance. I would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend it to……

“L’hôtel est bien situé, près du centre de San Jose. Thomas et son équipe sont très sympathiques et accueillants et n’hésitent pas à faire le nécessaire pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Les enfants, et nous mêmes, avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, le jacuzzi et la glissade!! Nous recommandons!”

“Interest was down. Which was limiting Staff were extremely helpful and made lots of suggestions where to eat etc The outside area we couldn’t use as was going to rain. Lovely contemporary decor but would defo book somewhere with an outside area”

“Best location in Cartago for a hotel. Beds are not Marriott but they are clean and rooms are big enough for 3-4 people. The restaurant is good and not very expensive. The breakfast is nice and when they have the outdoor breakfast bar is probably my favorite experience of this hotel. If you’re going to be in Cartago, this is the best place to say. Very reasonably priced. Most of the staff is bilingual in Spanish and English.”
