Beware of location
Beware! We asked for linens to be changed- it was the only time staff was requested to come in the room. After leaving my wife discovered her blue earrings were stolen as well as ALL of the small but expensive perfumes and then I checked my bag closely and all of my small but expensive colognes for travel were stolen as well. When staff was told they blamed me saying I should have noticed sooner and called police. We had used the items that morning and didn’t need them again until the following day- which is when the theft was noticed. Most staff were great. The place is great. But watched drug use across street as I ate breakfast, accosted by beggars repeatedly out front. I would recommend if weren’t for the theft and criminal element around the place. I’m former law enforcement from U.S. .

The staff were friendly and attentive but the cleanliness in the room was disappointing, the sheets were dirty. Also is located in the center of city, the area is not too much safe.

The property is perfect for the job needed. A bed to sleep in at a good price point with breakfast included. The staff are very friendly and help in ways they can. The rooms are not spotless but this is something that could be worked on. Apart from that, cheap and easy. The area is near to everything needed but becomes unsafe at night for tourists. Had several people approach us.

I had reservation paid through Expedia for three days . The third day I left my wife in the room around noon they told her she had to leave we hadn’t paid . I was gone two hours returned to her crying in the lobby waiting for me . I had all my luggage in the reception the stupid guy in the day shift missed the reservation that I had in fact paid . How embarrassing it was his fault and wouldn’t even credit anything like a restaurant voucher or free night . Ruined my stay
