"Fine stay, clean room although air conditioner didn’t work great. And there were children in the pool area unattended by any adult who were very very loud despite it being almost 11 PM and were rough housing and diving into the pool and climbing on top of the slide which was obviously not allowed and in and out of the hot tub they were obnoxious and multiple individuals made comments to them, but it didn’t help. I should have gone to the front desk."

"We were very comfy after a long day at Cedar Point. We had a delicious fish dinner on site. Neither TV connected, we contacted the front desk. Maintenance never came. The coffee pot did not heat water and there were no coffee cups. Lastly the ice machine did not work! The complimentary bottle of wine was delightful!"
Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Sandusky

"I needed to stay in Sandusky unexpected because of car troubles. I was incredibly stressed by the whole situation, but the staff at Fairfield Inn & Suites made a difficult 24 hours A LOT easier. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, from Omar at check-in to Mandy at breakfast the next morning. When I asked for oatmeal (after breakfast had already closed) she was super helpful and provided me with a cup of oats to make my own oatmeal with hot water. In addition to the people, the room was clean and well stocked, and the shower had great water pressure. Again, I am so grateful for the excellent service and plain old-fashioned kindness that I experienced from the staff at this hotel. Thank you!!!!"

"I stayed there to go to Cedar Point. It was much better than what I expected (reading other reviews). The room was clean and comfortable, no issues whatsoever. The hallways are old and the staff is helpful but you got to look for them (not always at the front desk). In general, I would definately come back. No ticks or bugs in the bed. The breakfast was better than I expected too. Very basic but it gets the job done."
