“The home is beautiful, with expert attention to detail. The bed linens seemed chosen specifically for each room. The views were especially delightful, day and night. We were lucky to have a 3/4 moon over the Fox River, a fire in the fire pit, and morning coffee on the deck. I would recommend this home for any event. Spacious, comfortable, and near fun things to do, such as kayaking on the Fox River.”

“It is a great house for 4 couples, would rent again”

“Our stay was not for a vacation, but for vet treatments for our dog. We had a difficult situation, but the lovely home and gracious host really made a difficult situation much easier. I would definitely stay again, but hopefully under better conditions. Graciela was wonderful and very responsive to our needs. ”

“We had a birthday celebration for our mother at the home. Everything was great! There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the property. The weather was great so some family members spent time reading outside in the screened-in gazebo. The children played on the playground, and it was nice for them to have a place to play safely. The kitchen and family room were on the lower level, which worked out well. Kitchen was well stocked. We ate, laughed, and watched movies together. The sectional……

Also stayed here the night of my wedding with my husband and it was SO much more comfortable than having to go back to a cramped hotel room!It was absolutely beautiful and the most comfortable place we could have gotten ready in. “Difficulty in accessing the site with house rules, che in, and checkout instructions. Kitchen was adequately stocked, nice decor and clean. Accurate description of by the tracks- train does blow the whistle late night and early morning but oddly got used to it. Location was close to wedding venue, so that was helpful”
