"The most important from this property is the staff. Mr. Mario was always on top of everything, he is very professional on his duty. Super educated person and very kindly with my kids. His son was super friendly when we arrived late night too and super generous to help with the bags. The last on recepción very kind too and helpful to find me a spot to park calling from her cellphone. The staff for breakfast Ms Sylvia very kind and professional on her job, super friendly and attentive. Mateo also aware of everything. Very pleasant our stay here feels like home. 🏠 "

"Great location and amazing views! Our hotel room had a beautiful balcony with a view of Mt. Etna! The pool area was very nice and drinks and food can be ordered while relaxing or you can go to the bar! Stepping off the elevator and having the doors open to the gorgeous ocean view as you walk through the cave is always amazing! Truly an experience! All staff is friendly and helpful! The shuttles that take you back and forth to the town of Taormina are a great feature and many options of times! Just make sure to reserve early AM your spots! "

"Great location with several dining options. Quick drive to Taormina or Naxos beach. Beach is a little too rocky for small children but we anticipated that. Hotel staff were very helpful and parking is monitored just a down the street. "

"My stay at the Splendid Hotel in Taormina was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to the town center and the cable car that takes you down to the sea. It’s the perfect base to explore everything Taormina has to offer. What truly stood out, though, was how warm and welcoming the atmosphere was from the moment I arrived. The hotel has a charming, relaxing vibe, and the staff made me feel completely at home. A special mention goes to Mohammed at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help.
