"The check-in went smoothly and we had a very friendly receptionist. We were also kindly upgraded to a bigger room which was extremely quiet, this was very important for us. The room was comfortable, spacious and bright. Great view of the city and Mount Etna from the top floor too! Breakfast was also nice and most staff there were helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a very nice stay."
