"Our stay at Punta Magica was excellent. Alex is a super responsive host and so communication was also quick and easy. The villa is even better than the photos, and it was so nice having our own private little pool. It’s a short walk into the main area with restaurants and the beach, but we didn’t mind this as meant we got to see some of the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Puerto Escondido! "

"Free parking right outside the property. Hot water for the shower is hit and miss. We stayed in room 4, which could use additional blinds behind the entry door, as light from the kitchen area and sun in the morning can disrupt sleep. We found the mattress to be too soft but that's personal preference. This house is away from the main La Punta restaurant and beach area, so be aware you need to walk 15 to 20 minutes to reach the beach (or 5 minute taxi ride). Pool was nice, we used the shared kitchen for breakfast, and they let us use the beach ombrella for 3 days which we appreciated."
