Great beach stay

This property was small but so much fun. It was a quick walk to the beach and the shops/ restaurants. We had a wonderful time and this property was everything we needed.

Lovely cottage by the beach

Very cozy quarters for a couple of friends to visit 30A in the winter. The house was perfect- comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, 3 bicycles that came with the house for getting around the neighborhood.

Great location, cute place!

Loved the proximity to beach, shopping, pool and neighborhood. Small, but enough space for a couple. Check in/out was easy and helpful.

Great spot for a casual getaway

The cottage was clean and cozy, private driveway and short walk to the beach. The town is adorable, and property management was helpful and responsive. Even left us a sweet gift/beach bag! Will definitely book with them again.

Mom/Daughter Getaway

We had a great stay. The only issue we had was the wifi was not working a few times. The location was perfect, quiet and relaxing. The customer service was excellent. I stayed with my 8 year old daughter and it was the perfect size for us.

Hide Away Getaway

The unit is awsome. Location couldn’tt be more convenient. As recommended improvements go, we suggest increased ground level lighting, replace t if the toilet unit (the valve chain kept slipping, and a silent icemaker would be great! These comments in no way would prevent us from booking the same unit again!

It was the perfect location within walking distance to all the restaurants and food trucks in seaside. The complimentary bikes was an awesome touch as well. Having the wristbands to get to the private beach access was amazing too as it was not busy at all! Homeowners collection was extremely responsive and helpful. One thing I noticed was if you cook, you will need to bring things like salt, pepper, seasonings, cooking oil/spray, sugar, etc! That was no big deal for us to go buy though as we drove and could just take it back home. We will definitely be staying here again!!

September Get Away

We enjoyed our stay and the location of the carriage house was just right. The accommodations and amenities provided were great. My only recommendation would be to improve the bed situation. I understand it's a small space but I'd encourage the Owner or Manager to replace the bed with something where your feet don't hang off the end. We turned 90 degrees to sleep but it was still odd.

A Hide Away Worth Remembering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was in town for the Seaside Prize celebrations, and this was truly a delightful Hide Away. I was able to easily walk on the network footpaths to the square, the beach and all the other venue sites. I rode my bike to the state forest and the shopping area on Highway 395 via the separated multi-use side path. Fabulous stay. Highly recommend both Seaside and the Hide Away cottage.

Check-in/check-out was convenient with the keypad entry. The location was great and the unit perfect for two people. Always love the perk of bike rentals being included! The rental had all the necessary amenities needed for our weekend stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Our last two nights were interrupted numerous times by VERY noisy neighbors... until 1:30 am one night, and until midnight the second night. We had assumed the area would be quiet after 10:00pm.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We definitely enjoyed our stay. Quiet location with ample parking. This carriage house has a dishwasher and full fridge. There were some maintenance issues that needed attention: door knob to balcony was very loose, disposal was jammed with a rusted screw and inoperable, the required emergency lights emitted a constant low hum and were inoperable, and the ironing board was missing. Outdoor grill was awesome!

Spring Break Getaway at the Hide Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Hide Away is as perfect and looks just like the pictures provided. It’s very close to the beach access and downtown where the shops and restaurants are located. The bikes came in handy to ride to Watercolor and Seagrove. Unfortunately the weather was very cold and windy and we had a thunderstorm which turned into a tornado warning. We were grateful the house had a heater. The house comes with a three day supplies of household needs but with Publix insta cart that was fine. My only suggestion for the Hideaway would be a better couch or chair to sit on while relaxing at the house.

Great first visit to Seaside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in this studio space. It was perfect for two people. We loved being within a short walk to everything. It was nice to be able to come back for a break during the day being that it was so close. We walked the beach, enjoyed the provided bikes, and walked around seaside. The studio was clean and well maintained. Our only issue was not having coffee filters. We tried to contact someone about it, but didn’t hear back. We picked some up no problem, but I’m not sure if we would have heard from anyone with a more urgent issue?
