I expect a lot from Holiday Inn, and this facility on Santa Rosa did not disappoint. It was clean, convenient, and comfortable. We had a great night of sleep, and a nice breakfast in the morning.

The pillow ls were like full size pillows not them small cheesy pillows. They also had to go bags for breakfast muffins. Great place to stay. I guess my only complaint was the traffic noise. But I was a great stay.

A little outdated but was also under renovation when we were there. Room was clean and breakfast was good as usual. Area a little sketchy and warnings that loss or damage to vehicles posted many times in the parking lot.

We usually stay at Hampton Inn and opted for this hotel because they have a comparable star rating. The sheets were clean. The hotel in general was not. Pink rink around the tub drain, dirty doors and walls needing to be wiped down. These indicators made me question the cleanliness of all other areas of the hotel. Service was excellent and prompt.

Front desk clerk was wonderful, going the extra mile for us and making sure we were happy! Breakfast was a delight! Eggs potatoes, toast or bagels! Can't say enough about their fresh ground coffee maker in the lobby! Fresh and tasty.
