It was very clean but dated. Things that bothered me the bed was not made properly. The cover was just thrown over the pillows. The shower was hard to work and leaked water all over floor. The people are very nice. Not worth the funds for us.

Guest spaces larger than other places , includes sit down space. Easier on and off freeway acess . Economical at this time ( march 2024 ). Didnt need the heater or ac .

Some good upgrades to flooring, bed and bath mixed with tacky thrift store furniture. When I first walked in the smell of pine scented cleaning fluid was overpowering so I opened the front window for an hour. I was going to open the bathroom window but the screen was torn free and the back did not look like a safe environment. Pet peeve - it doesn’t matter how good the coffee is if all you have is powdered “lightener” to put in it.

I stayed in one of the four upstairs rooms. The bathroom, shower, sheets, microwave, and fridge were very clean. The bedspread had a dark stain, the chair at the desk and t.v. remote were dirty. Some marks on the wall. Squeaky floor, the heater was loud but kept the room toasty. Not bad considering it’s literally the cheapest hotel I could find in Santa Rosa. Will stay there again.

Pros: Very clean. Hard floors (no dirty carpet). Instant hot water. Good bed. Con: Road noise was a bit loud, but not bad enough to disturb sleep. Overall a very nice place for an unadorned stay.
