“The room bathroom and cabinets needed major renovation. It looks the same way from when I went in 2018\. There were small cockroaches that came out when I was in the shower and around the sink. The towel rack was about to fall and hit me in the shower as well. Overall the breakfast was the only thing that was good with our stay. ”

“The room was sufficient, but the bathroom definitely needed to be reworked. There is no hot running water. There is no real pressure for the shower. So I had to use the bucket and a kettle that was provided by the hotel to heat up my water so I wasn’t taking a cold bucket bath. There were also about a dozen ants inside the bathroom that I spotted. If anything, the bathroom can certainly be upgraded. The area around the property is very noisy with traffic. But if I would shut the bathroom window……

"The room was very good—clean, comfortable bedding, and spacious enough. A refrigerator would’ve been a nice touch, but it wasn’t essential. Shower pressure and temperature control were excellent. The hotel handled a 6:00 AM power outage impressively, switching to diesel backup within 5 minutes and later to solar. WiFi was fast enough for most needs. Staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Excellent location near the best restaurants in Legazpi. The in-house restaurant was just okay, not a highlight. Would definitely stay again."
