Sea view room is good

The hotel had a nice view from our room. The outside patio of the room wasn't clean like the hotel room but since it's outside, it's not bad. The staff were friendly (especially Irene). Good location for travelling around as well.

The cook Sophia was awesome! Great food! She took really good care of us! The associates of the front desk also took really good care of us. Especially when it came to finding transportation. All in all, our group had a great time staying at Impressive One!

The junior suite was super spacious and comfortable and had an amazing view of the sunset. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. The food was tasty as well. The area was a bit hard to walk around with no sidewalk for a while, but we were able to walk to a winery and a restaurant nearby.

The impressive one is just that

We both loved the hotel & especially the staff, Kostas & Irina. Over the top friendly & helpful. The hotel is located on a busy wIndy road that is remarkably busy. But that makes it ez access to taxis & buses 1.60€ to get to Fira! A santorini bargain! Breakfast dinner were good too & we enjoyed bakcony, pool & lounging areas. Tour pu great too. This is the place for a base to see all of Santorini. If you rent transportation this is a good option tho I didnt

Extremely dirty room. Shower, floors, towels all covered in hair. We arrived late and there were no food options at the hotel nor any food places nearby. Lots of pass through traffic noise from the road.

Location was great for us as we had a wedding to attend near at one of the wineries nearby. Grocery store around the corner, only thing I would say I didn't like was we were charged 1 Euro for a bucket of ice one evening. We were having drinks and requested a couple buckets, after two they started charge us 1 Euro per bucket. Figure Ice would be complimentary.

Very friendly, helpful staff. In walking distance of Purgos and Meglichora - two LOVELY cities with sweet dining, cultural and shopping experiences. Best sunsets on the island across the street from the hotel. (Yes - better than Oia.) Thankful for the water bottles provided as Santorini does not have drinkable water. Amazing front desk help in tips for seeing sites on the island. Because of the Santorini environment, be prepared for damp surfaces (hang your clothing). Our room did not have hot water (very lukewarm). And one day the housekeeping staff did not lock our doors. Nothing taken. Just have care.
