The staff were very attentive and friendly. A really lovely property with wonderful views. Quiet and relaxing but a short walk from a lot of activity in Oia.

Honestly couldn’t of asked for a better experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The suite was stunning, as was the view and the food available at the hotel. It was close to all the restaurants we booked and convenient to explore Oía. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a truly wonderful stay.

We were very excited to visit this property but it turned out to be very average with poor service. 1. The staff at breakfast was rude. At breakfast one day they said please ask the chef in the kitchen to make the egg omelet for you. When we went to the chef they said please ask the waiter … really poor and dismal communication between the staff 2. On the first night the door locks stopped working in my kids room. I had to wait -2hrs for them to fix it after making multiple calls. The manager said it was because they were in between shifts. They offered me a new room when I asked for it but again don’t accept this at a 5 star hotel where I booked two suites 3. One morning my wife went to get breakfast at 7:50 and asked for a banana. They rudely said wait 10 mins even thought the breakfast was laid out. Really disappointed at this stay …

BEST BEST LOCATION!!! Magical sunsets. The most beautiful hotel my family and I have ever and we have stayed at many 5 star hotels all over the world. You get the best of both worlds staying here. Total calm, relaxation, ocean views, beautiful pools, full service spa and then you walk literally 5 min on a path the hotel made to the best part of Oia (houses you see online, blue top churches). It could not have been a better location if you’re looking for a serene, relaxing vacation, but still want to see the instagram worthy town. Highly highly recommend. The only thing I would say to Change is the food menu. Need more options for room service menu and restaurant. Also, there is a pillow menu which was heavenly. You know you’re at an amazing place when they have a pillow menu! Enjoy!

This was a fabulous hotel in the perfect area. It’s not quite at the “extraordinary “ level of the Rosewood hotel we have stayed in in Cabo, Mexico - but close (and not quite as expensive, so maybe that’s understandable!). The room was very lovely, with amazing views and a wonderfully comfy bed and pillows, and the staff were very nice. What was even nicer in this case was the town of Oir - only a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, with film-set-perfect streets, restaurants and shops, and beautiful people taking IG photos at every corner. Crowded but in such ann ordered, friendly way. Everyone clapped at sunset!! Gorgeous.

The entire staff and concierge were so helpful the moment we arrived. We didn’t have any excursions or reservations booked and they set everything up for us! The catamaran and winery tours were incredible and we sat at the most beautiful view at every restaurant! We won’t go to any hotel but the Hotel Pure when visiting Santorini

Beautiful property just a few minute walk from the town center in OIA. Although you would never know it as it is so peaceful and quiet. The sunset is incredible and the service is warm and friendly. The main pool is amazing as are all of the individual infinity pools throughout the grounds. We would not hesitate to book again especially if Oía is your main base of choice and the sunset (private without the loads of tourist) is what you are looking forward to. Also great is that the road leads you right to your hotel so there is not having to drag your bag up the caldera side.

Great location - if you want to stay in Oia without the hassle this property is hard to beat. There is a foot path that will take you to all the action while you can retreat to a more quiet, accessible at night. Concierge was great in arranging transports, dinner reservations.

Beautiful, modern hotel in Oia! We liked the location as it was a short walk into town, but away from the crowds in Oia when cruise ships came in. Stunning views from the property and the pool is awesome. Rooms are a bit small but I would guess quite a bit bigger than the cave hotels in town, and the property overall is spacious. Overall service was great. Cleaning was good but not great for 5 stars. Some odd things like the outdoor areas could have been cleaner, room ran out of shower gel / soap etc. nothing terrible but for the attention to detail overall I was surprised. Breakfast was amazing.
