We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Phaos Imerovigli - the staff are welcoming and friendly, the view from Room No1 is spectacular. The Staff at the local Illios Bakery 200 meters up the road are incredible.

A great property with a great view overlooking the sea. Situated right in Imerovigli. Close to all shops restaurants bars and the beautiful views. It was so peaceful away from the crowded areas. The rooms are large and spacious and always clean. The hot tub was such a great added feature that we used often. The staff were amazing! Iona at the front desk was one of the best hosts I’ve encountered in my many travels. She was so kind giving us perfect recommendations for restaurants, experiences and her advice was so appreciated and bang on. Iona even wanted to drive us to pick up waters and some other items at the grocery store so we didn’t have to walk and carry it. Amazing!! Anything that was asked she came through with immediately. And that type of service was also evident with the wonderful cleaning staff who always had a smile on their face and did their job impeccably. I would definitely recommend Phaos Suites Santorini. You will not be disappointed.

In a very nice quiet location with great views of the sunrise, we never had breakfast but there’s a bakery just up the hill that delivers from which we had coffee and pastry every morning which was very good. The rooms are very clean and the housekeeping staff were excellent, our room was spotless when they’d been in. The staff are super helpful and very friendly and approachable. Imerovigli is only a short walk up the hill and has less crowds than Fira/Oia and lots of great places to grab food and drinks with fantastic views. The hot tub is a great addition and nice for relaxing after a busy day walking around in the heat/a lot of uphill walking We would absolutely stay here again if we were to return to Santorini, thank you to the staff again for everything!

Hot tub was the highlight and location of property with great sunrise and sea views. Close to everything but also very quiet, private and secluded. A real gem of a location and had lots of local amenities just a few minutes walk away. If you literally crossed the road you had full Island views and that of the Caldera absolutely stunning! Staff were excellent and very attentive. Great communication from the reception/management team from booking, arrival, during stay and on departure. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Hot tub and maintenance guy was always on hand and did daily hot tub checks as did the cleaning staff. Bathroom in our suite could do with a refurb but it was fully functionally always plenty of hot water and not an issue for us. We will definitely return. Thank you 👌
