Good hotel in the city center.

I have stayed here before and, it is always a pleasant stay. The hotel also have a nice breakfast as well as a great lunch restaurant.

The hotel was as you’d expect for the price, so that was ok. However, when I arrived at the hotel, my reservation (booked through Expedia.com) wasn’t even in the system. The staff didn’t seem to believe me, and didn’t know what Expedia.com was. Luckily there was a room available, which I was able to book.

Atendimento é o ponto alto

Achei o café da manhã com poucas opções e bem medianas no paladar, as instalações da academia bem ruins, não tem ventilador nem ar condicionado, além dos equipamentos estarem sem manutenção e chão sujo. O atendimento é o ponto alto, se mostrou excelente, me ajudaram em tudo o que precisei, a piscina também é boa. Sauna não cheguei a experimentar.

Hotel sem estrutura alguma. Chegamos a noite e tivemos que subir com todaa bagagem de escada até a recepção visto que desligaram o elevador e não tinha quem ligasse. Café da manhã horrivel. O pão era dormido e murcho, café frio, ovo frio, molho de salsicha com aspecto ruim. Alegaram que o serviço era terceirizado... Mas o hotel não supervisiona a qualidade do serviço qie contrata??? É a primeira refeição do dia e o mínimo que se espera é cuidado. Péssima experiência!

Hotel com instalações muito antigas, dormimos com a luz acessa pois o quarto tinha muitos insetos. O pior de tudo foi o café da manhã, pão dormido, pratos quentes que estavam gelados e variedade nenhuma. Não recomendo

Hotel mais simples, com café da manhã justo e opção de restaurante nas dependências. Acesso ao estacionamento não é simples, convém ligar para eles antes de chegar, para nao precisar dar algumas voltas extras no quarteirão.
