No tv remote and room phone was not working to call the front. Called hotel with my own phone and was on hold for several minutes. Informed then of the remote issue and was told they can’t do anything about it. I kindly expressed my displeasure and they said they would get skills off the manager and get back to me. It’s been over an hour and have heard nothing. Doubt they will address the issue with me tonight. Left a message through Expedia but it says they may not get back to me for a day or two. I’m only staying one night, so that’s no help as well.
