“The room was clean and very comfortable. It is an old motel so it could use upgrades like flooring, but our room had a dehumidifier to take care of the closed up hotel room smell that you get in any hotel room. Nice comfortable bed with more than enough pillows. Hot water. We didn’t stay for breakfast because it doesn’t start until 8 am. We sat outside our room and just enjoyed the quiet. Hitched a ride to downtown for $1 so we didn’t have to worry about parking and then walked home. Good……

“I had tried to cancel due to asthma and dr saying smoke and air quality were hazardous to my health so I should not go. could get no refund. I understand rules but in certain situations it seems some leeway is warranted. I lost a lot of money. The manager was not kind and Expedia could not get an answer when they tried to reach out on my behalf. Very poor customer service and when a manager replies “yep” when asked if I’d lose all my money, that is just rude.”

“The cottage was really nice. Temperature comfortable (it was very hot outside when we stayed there) Clean. Love the backyard area to sit, the fire pit and the hot tub. Great place!”
