Then we got to our room and there was a dirty used face cloth still hanging in the shower and hair all over the floor of the bathroom and tiles inside the door. They clearly hadn’t cleaned the floors or vacuumed the room. We also found a dirty cup laying under the nightstand. We decided to try the pool area and the hot tub was cold so we thought we’d try the sauna. It wasn’t working but there was a couple inside that had all sorts of personal items with them and we wondered if they had been hiding out in there. It was weird. Anyway, not the greatest experience. The pull out sofa was super small, so it couldn't fit two, but wasnt an issue for us. Breakfast was good. The pool was good enough for my kids. Other then that everyone that we had to talk to staff wise was very rude and didn’t have very go customer service skills. The pool area was dirty and the only thing that work was the pool.
