"Room wasn't ready until 1630 at the earliest (1500 check in time). Zero compensation other than a 'sorry'. No forks, no paper towels, shower door leaks absolutely everywhere which is a huge fall risk. Massive step down into the room...fall risk. Had to take our outdoor furniture back from the staff's ..."
