"The air conditioner is not working properly, The bathroom smells of sewage and urea."
"The hotel is about 7-10min walk from the metro station. Groceries and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is small (but not as small as those in downtown Japan), especially the shower tub. The basic room clean-up (i.e. trash clean-up) had to be reminded twice. Those 5 elevators are effecient and fast to accommodate numerous hotel guests. The staff at receiption were efficient to handle check-ins. Room rate is a bit over. But given the location and the cleaniness, the alternative in that area is limited."

"Staff were helpful in making reccs and rooms were nice and clean!"

"Good in general. The lift -destination control is not viable as we need to wait for long time. Suggest to re study the lift traffic impact to the guest at peak hour"

"Highly accessible location, the hotel situates next to the Arlanda Express connecting to the airport. The receptionists are helpful in explaining all the necessary info. The breakfast is abundant in choices."
