“It was hard to check in. They don't pay attention to the doorbell or don't care. We were waiting outside to be let in for a while and we only got in because the lady at the front desk came out to make a phone call. They couldn't find our reservation even when I showed them literal proof of my receipt (and the website) and proceeded to charge us double the amount stated on expedia cause "we didn't have a reservation". They also took like half an hour to figure it out. On the bright side beds were...
