“We had to attend an event in Heerlen at 12pm and after flying from New York and driving for 2 hours we arrived at the hotel at 10am hoping to get the room early to freshen up and change. Of course with check in at 3pm this was a lot to ask. Both the concierge and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job accommodating us and had the room ready for us in record time. That is top notch service! The rooms were great and the breakfast the next day was fantastic. We had an excellent experience……

“Im großen und ganzen war alles super. Beim Frühstück wurde das Geschirr nicht zeitnah abgeräumt. Schön wäre es gewesen wenn ein Spiegelei oder Omlett zubereitet worden wäre. Der Wunsch wurde leider nicht erfüllt. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich für uns. Etwas härtere Matratzen hätte die Nacht angenehmer gemacht. Bei Aufladen eines E-Autos fehlt ein Hinweis das nach 4 Stunden eine Blockiergebühr fällig wird Im Großen und ganzen war es aber ein gelungener Aufen thalt”
