Bathroom fixtures were loose but functional I.e., concerned that the towel hook would come out of the wall or shelf would do the same. Shower was clean but had some mildew and mold in the corners. "The hotel is ideally located directly across from Augsburg HBF station, making it extremely convenient for travel, with taxis, buses, and tram stops right outside the door. Overall, the hotel was very good. Although our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, we were offered a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch and much appreciated. The main reason for our high rating is down to Batu and Nils, who were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Nothing was ever too much trouble—they clearly work very hard and are dedicated to ensuring guests have a great experience. They are truly a credit to the hotel and their employer. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation when visiting this beautiful city and fully recommend this hotel—5 stars without a doubt! Thank you so much, Batu and Nils!"
