"We had a very good stay here in an accessbility room. FYI, the shower is a actually a not-tall bathtub but with a seat. If you can get into the shower, there are several hoses and one can sit. We enjoyed our stay there."

"This hotel smells brand new. The staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast offerings were well stocked and maintained. Janelle, in particular, stood out as a gentleman needed help putting together breakfast for his wife who couldn't come down due to feeling ill. She found a way to make up a breakfast for him to take up. Also, the snack bar was the best one I've seen in a hotel, making it easy to grab a snack or a beverage without having to fight a vending machine or stop at a convenience store. I will definitely stay at another Avid the next time I travel if one is nearby!"

"We traveled with two young kids, and this house was perfect for our family! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were absolutely amazing! The sand was literally just a step off the porch, which made beach days so easy with little ones. The screened in porch was perfect for relaxing while the kids napped or enjoying the evenings. Grabbing takeout or going out for food was also easy, with plenty of options within a 15–30 minute drive. Missy was a wonderful host and communicated with us throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this home to anyone!"

"Everything about this property is simply beautiful. There is not one item that you could possibly need that the house doesn’t have. Jocelyn is the best host and the kindest person you will ever meet. My family had an amazing time. I highly recommend this place."

"That was a pleasant stay for my family of 3dog. We had everything we needed and almost everything we wanted. The bay access directly out back was the best and features easy access for activities. Most of our stay we were the only ones on the property meaning no others in the big house and no neighbors for at least a few houses to the north. That was nice our family likes our space, we walked into our stay understanding this may change at any point. The local area is very minimal and hours of operation of business are variable, so stock up on basics on your way to the stay. We had to clean the house somewhat a time or two while on property. Mostly due to sand accumulation from us, however the toilet wasn't clean when we arrived, lastly this home has small ants at the beach this is very typical at any home. To the Scotland yards rentals and host communications was easy and timely although we didn't need anything so communications were minimal. Thank you."
