"Beautiful view of ocean, clean, very responsive owner."

"The beach view was panoramic, you could see a very long stretch of gorgeous shoreline and ocean views from all rooms except the second bedroom and the bathrooms.The view from the balcony was overlooking rooftops cement decks, a grassy area and swimming pool. The pool was not opened during the time we were there.The condo was comfortable and well equipped. We loved hearing the ocean all day and night! It was a little bit of a walk to get your feet in the sand from the 8th floor but the elevator was quick since it was the off season when we rented. Loved the big bins to haul your bags up to the condo from the garage, so convenient ! The owner was very helpful and responsive. She gave us many details about the area and great advice on restaurants. Several eateries were easy to walk to and the south end of the boardwalk was also nearby. Check-in procedures were clear. Thank you for a lovely time in BB! We had the best time. Would definitely rent this place again."

"What a bright, lovely and clean place! Convenient to tennis and down town, lots of space to sit outside on the spacious porch. Host is responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!"

"The unit is very nice. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Unfortunately, there were ants all over the place. This apparently was a known problem as there were also ant traps all over the place. The ant problem was so bad that before I left, I picked a can of raid and left it on the counter for the cleaning crew or owner to use. Also, there was a man staying in the unit nextdoor. He was seen looking around the privacy wall and staring into our unit. Strange! "

"Unit was clean and space adequate for 2 people. View of the ocean is a positive. Many of the amenities of the property were closed after Labor Day which was not mentioned in the listing. Also, the door key instructions were incorrect. There was no “home” button on the Keypad as indicated in the instructions. "
