“This cottage was truly lovely, comfortable and with an absolutely beautiful view. Barbara was an excellent host. I intend to book here again five star for sure.”

“If Peeing and pooping in a bucket from HD is your thing, you'll like this place. Dig some holes at least. Also, the dirty mattress looking thing behind the door was gross. The stairs are balanced on rocks, not very steady.”

“The cottage was super ‘comphy’ and perfect for the two of us and had everything that we needed! The owner was fantastic and told us about all the things that we should do while there! Our pup was very welcomed and I knew he was safe if we needed to leave him for dinner. It wasn’t far from Camden/ Rockland/Rockport, which is where we spent a lot of time when not at the cottage. We will definitely suggest it to others and be staying with them again!!”

“The Spofford Inn (Inkwell Room) was beautiful and meticulously decorated with beautiful pieces to not only make the space modern and clean but keep the charm of the original building. The hosts were excellent at communicating and accommodating all our needs. It was is walking distance of a few restaurants and yummy ice cream shop. We were not in Bucksport very long but definitely enjoyed our stay.”

“Bayside Vista is a perfect place to stay and explore the Penobscot Bay region. It is a great hub for visiting Belfast, Searsport, Camden, Castine, the Deer Isle Peninsula, and more (all within 30 minutes). Acadia is a 60-minute drive. Bucksport itself is charming, and we enjoyed jogging on the community trail near the high school and checking out the fort and bridge! The apartment is spacious and clean, with everything one needs. A great place to chill and enjoy the view of the boats coming and……

“As soon as we arrived at the cozy cottage we knew we wouldn’t want to leave. The property is beautiful nestled under the tall trees, down the quiet lane. You can tell this cottage was designed with intention and thought behind it, it provided us with more than what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and so cozy! We had a great stay and wish we could have been there longer. We hope to be back again! Thank you!”
