  • Welcome to your urban oasis in the heart of Fremont—one of Seattle’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. With peek-a-boo views of downtown (you can even see the Space Needle in the distance from the roof and its 4th of July fireworks!), and generous outdoor areas for relaxing or entertaining, this stylish and light-filled townhome offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and contemporary design just steps from coffee shops, delicious restaurants, great boutiques, tech companies and public transit.

    The Space:
    This thoughtfully designed home offers three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a powder room. The open-concept main level features a cozy living/dining area with Smart TV and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and french doors to a private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.

    The master suite includes a comfortable King bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, skylight, and ample closet space. Upstairs there is also a guest bedroom with Queen bed and Twin trundle. Downstairs bedroom has a Queen sofa bed futon, Smart TV and retro game console which kids (and kids-at-heart) will love. We also provide a Pack ’n Play, high chair, two bed bumpers, books for all ages, and games to make your family feel right at home.

    The home comfortably sleeps 7 guests in beds, but we have a Twin air mattress that easily fits in the master bedroom to accommodate an additional child. We also provide white noise machines (Snooz brand - fan like) and blackout shades in all bedrooms for a great night`s sleep.

    The yard is a true bonus space for families—with a BBQ grill, basketball hoop, and shaded pergola featuring an outdoor Smart TV for movie nights or game days. Additionally, there is a private rooftop where you can relax with a good book while enjoying the views.

    Take advantage of our prime location. Located in Seattle’s lively Fremont neighborhood—often called the `Center of the Universe`—you’ll be within walking distance of craft coffee shops, excellent restaurants, local boutiques, parks, and grocery stores. The home is also near the Burke-Gilman Trail and offers easy access to public transit, Lake Union, UW, and downtown Seattle. Fremont offers a friendly and creative vibe with kid-friendly attractions like Woodland Park Zoo and Gas Works Park nearby.

    Work from home professionals, are you in need of a major change of scenery? Our home has fast Wi-Fi (200+ mpbs) and is close to tech companies including Apple, Amazon, Gooogle, Tableau, all located within a 10-15 minute commute.

    Guest Access:
    Guests have full access to the entire home. Self-check-in is available for your convenience. There is parking for one vehicle (it’s a short and narrow garage spot).

    Attention:
    *Heights without rails or protection - Rooftop deck.
    *Potential for noise: City noise - we have white noise machines in every bedroom.
    *Must climb stairs: 4-story townhouse.
    HOUSE SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES:
    By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined at the Guest Terms page found by accessing air concierge online and navigating to the Footer where such terms can be found as titled Terms and Conditions Guest Terms - Air Concierge, as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

    NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
    No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

    - Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 10am
    - Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
    - The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
    - Host may request a photocopy of the renter`s ID for verification before check-in.
    - All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
    - This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
    - Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
    - Absolutely no parties or loud music.
    - This is a NON-SMOKING property.
    - This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don`t like pets, this might not be a good fit!

    PET POLICY:
    -One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
    -Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
    -Pet fee is required and non refundable
    -Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
    -Please do not let your dog go in the pool (if available) to avoid additional charges.
    -If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately.

    PET ETIQUETTE:
    -Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
    -Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
    -Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
    -Keep them on leash while outside the home.
    -Always pick up after your dog.
    -Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

    Late Checkout Policy
    Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows:
    • Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater.
    • 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater.
    • More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate.
    To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. These fees are designed to compensate for disruptions to property turnover and operational costs, and we will provide documentation (e.g., cleaning schedules, guest complaints) upon request to ensure transparency.

    Additional Cleaning Policy
    Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Any cleaning required beyond what is considered normal or reasonable, as determined by the property management, will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour. This fee covers costs such as extended cleaning times or specialized cleaning needs. Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor. We will make every effort to accurately reflect the additional work needed and the time required to complete it, providing documentation (e.g., photos, cleaning logs) upon request to ensure transparency.

    Important Fee Disclosure for Long-Term Stays (30+ Days):
    Should this property be reserved for 28 days or more, we reserve the right to apply additional monthly fees to cover certain ongoing expenses (eg utilities) not included in the standard nightly rate.
    These may include, but are not limited to:
    • Gas and electricity
    • Water and sewer
    • Trash and recycling
    • Internet and streaming services
    • Other utility or maintenance surcharges applicable to the home which will be known prior to the time of booking
    These fees may be assessed as either:
    • A flat monthly fee, or
    • A fee calculated as up to 5% of the monthly rent.
    Such fees may be collected directly through the booking platform or invoiced separately as permitted by the booking platform policy. For estimation purposes, please assume an additional fee equal to 5% of the monthly rent unless otherwise specified in advance.
    By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


    RENTAL AGREEMENT
    By booking this property, you (the “Main Booker”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Rental Agreement on behalf of yourself and all members of your Guest Booking Party. This Agreement is binding upon confirmation of your reservation. This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Main Booker named in the Booking Platform reservation details (“Guest,” “Renter,” “Main Booker,” or “Occupant”) and Air Concierge Inc., a California corporation and dba “Air Concierge Washington Inc.

There is no pool? Place was great. We enjoyed our stay! Online price "with all fees" was several hundred dollars less than what I paid. Had a great time, and like I said place was GREAT.

Great Property in a cute neighborhood. Walking distance to several restaurants, a coffee shop, bagel shop and grocery store. Easy access to public transportation. Host was very responsive to inquiries. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Plenty of towels. We had a wonderful visit to Seattle!
