If you like cozy and upscale quarters, you will be very happy here. The location is wonderful, as you are right across from the river and easily can go out to bars, restaurants and entertainment. There is a Tiki bar right across from the condo with live music, but they stop at a decent time for you to get a good nights rest. All the amenities in the condo are as described. The road is between the unit and the water, but you can see the beautiful intercoastal from the second story shared porch! Clean, furnished well, great kitchen and the most unique TV set up I've ever seen. The location is perfect - just across the street from the river and a 3-4 mile long walking/biking trail.
