“Der Aufenthalt insgesamt war gut. Allerdings hat uns der Empfang an der Rezeption gar nicht gefallen. Der Mitarbeiter begrüßte uns kühl und irgendwie schon arrogant herablassend. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir „nur“ zwei Standardzimmer gebucht haben? Bei so einem Start achtet man natürlich auch kritischer darauf, ob ansonsten alles stimmt. Und da muss man schon sagen, dass das Hotel sich zwar mit 5 Sternen schmückt, der 5\. Stern aber eigentlich nicht mehr passt, da das Hotel mittlerweile doch……
