Kind and helpful staff.
Lovely a/c in our unit.
Clean bedding.
Close walk to Gare de Norde station.
No secure luggage storage, though staff offered to hold for us when we arrived an hour prior to check in.
Neighborhood felt more unsafe than safe, as we were traveling with children.
Note no elevator.
Towels were hard and evident black mold in shower stall.

Overall the staff at reception was incredibly. The bathroom may need some love, perhaps an electric vent to help with dampness thatās causing mold on shower walls between tiles.
