Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, allerdings war eine Verständigung weder auf deutsch noch auf englisch möglich, was laut Hotelbeschreibung möglich sein sollte. Für die kalte Heizung hatte Sie keine Lösung parat. Auf die Nachfrage nach einer elektrischen Heizung am Folgetag wurde dann schnell reagiert. Die Parkplatzgebühr von 2 € laut Hotelbeschreibung war nicht korrekt. Uns wurden 5 € pro Tag berechnet. - keine Kartenzahlung möglich -...

"Die Unterkunft war für meine 4 jähriger Tochter und mich ideal. Ein zimmer für eigentlich bis zu 6 Personen , mit einer treppe zum ausgebauten Dachboden. Die Inhaber sehr nett und höflich. Sind sehr bemüht die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Der Ort perfekt zentral für alle umliegenden Skigebiete. In der Unterkunft werden verschiedene Abendgerichte angeboten, eigene Produkte.
