The cabin was perfect for my husband and I for the week. It was a quick 8-10 minute drive back to the parkway for anything. I am very picky about cleanliness and this cabin was top notch.We had a small issue with the hot tub not working properly when we arrived and the owner was quick to get someone out to take care of that. We would definitely booked this cabin again. Our kids would love the upstairs/arcade games:

Great Cabin

Theo’s Bearadise really was paradise. The cabin was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Our two daughters especially loved the air hockey and arcade games, and we all loved the beauty surrounding us at the refreshing pool. The drive to Pigeon Forge was so convenient and neighborhood so peaceful.The owners should be commended for excellent and speedy communication as well as just an outstanding place to stay. HIGHLY recommend!

Communication was EXCELLENT! Floor plan was perfect for my family. We have 3 sons (17, 16, 11), so the air hockey table and arcade console were actually a selling point on this particular cabin for me and they loved it. Super clean, WiFi was excellent, smart TVs all worked great. The porch swing and rockers on the back porch were very much utilized for morning coffee. Even though it is around other cabins, the foliage and the way the porch was designed made it feel extremely private. Downloading the welcome guide to the cabin was super handy because I needed to refer to it a few times, so anyone else booking, I would recommend doing the same.

New Years Family Getaway

Overall our stay was fantastic! The location of the property to get to hiking trails, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is excellent. Cabin is super cute, we enjoyed the hot tub and our teens enjoyed mini golf. We did lots of hiking which was about 30 mins to several great trails. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. Always a bonus!We communicated with the hosts and they promptly responded. Only negative is first morning we could hear car traffic from the main road down the hill when sitting on back deck. but that only happened once. And the WiFi was spotty at times. Cabins in the neighborhood are somewhat close, but designed so each has privacy, we only heard neighbors first night we arrived. We even saw fireworks on NYE, which was fantastic.

Fun Getaway!

Great location—only 3 miles to the nearest Kroger—yet feels out in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful view that you can see while soaking in the relaxing hot tub! A true log cabin. We had tons of fun too with the video arcade and air hokey in the upstairs game room. The surround sound in the living room was also a nice touch!! The putt putt course kept us entertained as well. We really didn’t have to leave the property for entertainment! We had plenty to do right there in the cabin. Plenty of towels and toiletries.

Great Getaway

Very nice property. Hosts very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay in this property again. 10-15 minutes to Pigeon Forge and many attractions. Hot tub was very nice. Only issue was having to pull the fuse to get the hot tub to work and to turn it off. Not a big deal. Also had an issue with the upstairs TV not working properly but with the air hockey table and game machine upstairs it was fine.

Theo’s Bearadise was the perfect place for our family. Short drives to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg meant we had unlimited entertainment, shopping, and dining options. Owners were communicating well with us before and throughout the stay. Cabin was very clean and well maintained.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Theo's Bearadise! Clean, cozy, close to town. It has everything you could want! Owners were very responsive when needed. We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again someday!

We LOVED this cabin! The location was close enough to fun activities without being in a busy/loud neighborhood! The hosts responded quickly to all questions and provided a detailed guide book after booking the property!
