"Our experience was great from check-in to check-out. Ririn, Erni and all the wonderful staff at Borobudurhills made sure we had a very pleasant stay. They went above and beyond to arrange tours, provide transportation and even order food at a local restaurant for us. The premises are clean and organized. Our room was perfect. "Staff were very courteous and explained various hotel features. Their website indicates shuttle service between the hotel and airport is provided but was unable to reach hotel before my trip to arrange for this. Not a big deal since the hotel is close tp YIA airport, but the kicker was that the reception said hotel shuttle is provided to all guests, but if they don't provide instructions or answer the call this could turn off some guests."
