Room appeared to be clean but after coming in from the pool and wiping up the wet floor the towel was black so clearly not cleaned well. Don’t book a room for 5 as you only get 2 beds! We booked for 5 thinking there would be a cot or pullout couch but nothing! Also only would give us 3 towels for 5 people even when we asked for more we were given the small pool towels. Tried to address the issues and for no assistance other than snotty attitude form staff. Definitely would never be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Pierre and his colleagues were absolutely fabulous from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. The B&B exceeded all of our expectations. It was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, making us feel right at home. Every detail reflected the care and hospitality of the team. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a warm, relaxing, and memorable experience. Thank you, Pierre and the entire team, for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back!

My room was dirty, hair inside the bed, dirty light switches, finger prints on them, and door frames. Balcony dirty, not swept, napkins on the ground. Bathroom, dusty, bathtub dirty and dusty. House keeping is definitely an issue. I have no problem staying in an older hotel, but it needs to be clean. I typically stay at the Sandman Signature…Kelowna didn’t have that one so I thought I’d try the regular Sandman. Huge huge difference in cleanliness and the up keep of the property in general. Even the both elevators were gross and dirty. Staff and managers clearly don’t care. I will never stay at this location again. 1st time ever I was so happy my trip ended. Waste of a $1000 for 3 nights. I could have stayed home in Vancouver. Btw, this was the 2nd room I was assigned. 1st one had a major wet dog pet smell. That’s why I believe it the house keeping cleanliness that lacks. They all need to be retrained…
