"Lock on the door was broke when we first got there, ceiling tile sagging from water damage, carpet felt moist, rain came in and flooded by door, toilet handle had to be held down several minutes to flush, the hot water went out had to wait to take a hot shower, unfortunately the bed was so hard, breakfast just waffles and cereal but was good.... not sure why this year was a completely different experience than when I stayed last year, maybe they need to do some repairs on this room idk......

She was super helpful in getting us a room and was always friendly even though she was yelled at by someone else for something out of her control.
