"If Harry Never Met Sally, was a beautiful place. It was well maintained, and very clean with exception of some dust on shelves and in some cabinets, other wise it was spotless. The check in process, was easy. The staff at Heritage Harbor reached out and sent emails with amenities available so we would be ready to go when we got there. "Place was exactly as pictured. Bathrooms were very dusty and beds each had a dip in the middle but we got over these things. Harbor Inn communication was terrific, VRBO communication a little lacking."

"This property has SO much potential! The area is gorgeous, pool wonderful (although cold bc not heated), vicinity of amenities is wonderful and Starved Rock State Park just 10 mi away is awesome... but the upkeep was awful. And, service at the Red Dog Restaurant on site was awful. Unfortunately, overgrown weeds, broken bedroom blinds, a dirty bathroom, and lack of amenities we actually used were not worth the price. We couldn't wait to get home. :("

"The location and setting are wonderful! Very quiet, lots of paths to walk on, great views of river and marina, restaurant and entertainment on site. The house is comfortable and cute. Lots of towels, great bed, great shade porch out back. We would stay here again.
