"We’ve had a lovely week at Leedale cottage. We have two young children so the location was perfect for us. A 30-40 minute drive to lots of child friendly places. Food shops are a short drive away but you can stop off and get what you need on your travels if you plan ahead. The cottage was perfect for what we needed and Joanne was really helpful and welcoming. It’s well equipped and comfortable."

"Beautiful cottage, absolutely huge with a large garden too. Very comfortable for 8 friends, especially with the 4 bathrooms and a single toilet downstairs. We loved having the full dining table that we could all fit around both inside and outside. All of the cottage was spotless and beautifully decorated, with every amenity we could want really. Nothing more we could have wanted! Close to the beach if you fancy a day out, and a trip to Malton for some nice food. It’s not super close to any...

"We had a lovely 2 night stay. There is a great farm shop and cafe just 20 minutes away where we gained our supplies as well as a Tesco down the road in market Weighton for essentials. The hosts were super friendly and the welcom basket was generous. For usbjt was an anniversary stay and Sue was so sweet going above and beyond with a balloon, bubbly and even a card. The mayflower is beautifully kitted out and decorated I could literally live here (i am already thinking ahead 30years to retierment...
