"Gorgeous hotel! This hotel was a really nice surprise. I knew it was cute from the photos but I don't think they do it justice. The rooms are large, well decorated, really clean and really well maintained. They look like they were just updated. The hotel is in a quiet spot and they had a place for us to park. The location is amazing as well, it's walking distance to the center. Sibiu is really nice and this is the perfect spot to stay."

We arrived at 1pm to a locked door, waited an hour before someone came out and said that the hotel was closed and not using hotels.com anymore despite it being listed and us having correctly booked it. This was the 13th of February 2020. We had to immediately book another hotel elsewhere. "
